My Experience with Bone Injuries

Have you ever broken a bone?



Throughout my life, I have never experienced a broken bone.

Although I’ve fallen or gotten hurt while playing or doing sports, the injuries I’ve had were only minor cuts or bruises.

I consider myself lucky for never having to deal with serious injuries that require surgery or having a body part in a cast.

To me, personal safety is very important, especially when engaging in physical activities.

I always try to be cautious and use safety equipment when necessary.

Even though I’ve never felt the pain of a broken bone, I understand that it must be a very difficult and painful experience.

Therefore, I hope to continue enjoying good health and physical strength in the future.

I maintain a clear daily schedule where work hours and family time do not overlap.

Once work is done, I make an effort to disconnect and focus fully on my family.

I also believe communication is key — being honest with my employer or colleagues when personal matters arise.

At home, I ensure I have some personal time as well, to care for my mental health.

Balance isn’t about equal hours, but about being fully present in each role at the right time.

My Top 5 Favorite Fruits

List your top 5 favorite fruits.

Everyone has their own favorite fruits, and I’m no exception. My top five favorite fruits are durian, mangosteen, mango, langsat, and guava. Each of these fruits has a unique flavor and special qualities that make them stand out.

First of all, durian is known as the king of fruits. Although its strong smell is not loved by everyone, I personally enjoy its rich, creamy, and sweet flesh. Eating durian brings a sense of satisfaction that’s hard to describe.

Secondly, mangosteen is often called the queen of fruits. It has a thick, tough skin, but the white flesh inside is sweet with a hint of sourness. Mangosteen is refreshing, especially when eaten during hot weather.

Third on my list is mango. It’s such a versatile fruit—delicious when unripe and crunchy, or sweet and juicy when fully ripe. Mangoes are popular for good reason: they taste great in all forms.

Langsat may be small, but it’s packed with flavor. It’s sweet and slightly juicy. I enjoy eating langsat when it’s in season since it’s not available all year round.

Last but not least, guava is another fruit I love. There are many varieties like guava apple, water guava, and honey guava. Its crunchy texture and refreshing taste make it a perfect healthy snack.
